🦌 Deer Recovery Deposit – Standard ($100 Non-Emergency)

This $100 non-emergency deposit secures your deer recovery flight and will be applied toward the $350 total Deer Recovery Package at completion.

Details

• The deposit must be received prior to dispatch. Flights will not be scheduled or launched until confirmation of payment and eligibility is verified.

• Once confirmed, KC Aerial Vision will coordinate the optimal launch window based on temperature, weather, and airspace conditions to maximize thermal imaging accuracy.

Requirements

Before dispatch, the hunter or person in charge must:

1. Call or text (913-707-3156) to confirm:

   • Your eligibility,

   • Time and location,

   • FAA airspace clearance, and

   • Landowner permission to access or fly over the property.

2. Confirm that the deer was harvested within the past 24 hours to ensure an effective thermal signature.

3. Acknowledge that by hiring KC Aerial Vision, the hunter agrees not to pursue or track the deer until the following hunting day to preserve the search area for accurate aerial detection.
