The Location Confirmation Fee applies only when a missing pet is visually identified or thermally confirmed during an emergency aerial deployment.

This fee reflects the successful confirmation of a pet’s presence and the delivery of actionable location information, including observed position, movement (if applicable), and environmental context.

This fee is not related to additional time, extended searching, or physical effort.
If no pet is located, this fee is not charged.

Important Clarifications

• This service provides location confirmation only

• It does not include physical pursuit, capture, or handling of animals

• JOCO Pet Rescue supports owners and assisting parties by sharing location information when available
