Service Terms & Disclaimers

• All aerial operations are conducted by a FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot and comply with all federal and local airspace regulations.

• Flights may be rescheduled in the event of high winds, rain, low visibility, or temporary flight restrictions.

• Client must provide legal permission and safe access to the property for takeoff and landing.

• Digital deliverables are provided via Aryeo link to the email address on file, typically within 3 business days after flight completion.

• KC Aerial Vision LLC retains ownership of original imagery and may use selected media for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before delivery.

• If weather, airspace, or safety prevents flight and rescheduling is declined, a full refund will be issued.
