Thank you for choosing KC Aerial Vision LLC for your aerial imaging services. By booking, purchasing, or scheduling a session through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All operations are conducted by an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot.
Flights may be rescheduled at no cost due to weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns.
Clients will be notified promptly of any changes and offered the next available date.
Deliverables (photos, videos, or reports) are typically delivered via Aryeo link within 3 business days after flight completion.
Larger or specialty projects may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.
24+ hours’ notice: Full refund or free reschedule.
Less than 24 hours: A $50 short-notice fee may apply.
No-shows or inaccessible properties: May be marked as completed and are non-refundable at pilot’s discretion.

Refunds apply only to pre-flight cancellations under the terms above.
Once aerial imaging has begun, refunds are not available for completed captures or digital media delivery.
All imagery remains the property of KC Aerial Vision LLC unless otherwise specified in writing.
Clients are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the imagery for personal or business marketing purposes.
Third-party resale or redistribution is not permitted without written approval.
Flights are performed only where legally permitted.
KC Aerial Vision reserves the right to decline or delay operations that violate FAA rules or local ordinances.
KC Aerial Vision LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from aerial services, data interpretation, or reporting inaccuracies.
By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and flight policies.
