Cat Recovery Service – Thermal Home & Neighborhood Scan Neighborhood Scan with Owner Assisted Trapping

This service is designed for lost or displaced cats, focusing on likely hiding and sheltering behavior near the home.

It includes travel, on-site setup, and a ground-based thermal scan of the home, yard, and immediate surrounding areas to identify heat signatures and probable hiding locations. When conditions allow, an aerial thermal scan of the surrounding neighborhood may also be conducted to efficiently assess a wider area.

Based on findings and observed behavior, humane traps and monitoring equipment may be deployed to support recovery. If traps are placed, they are maintained for up to six (6) days, allowing adequate time to establish patterns and support safe recovery.

Service duration varies depending on weather, property layout, access, and animal behavior. The objective is to reduce unnecessary disturbance, narrow likely shelter zones, and implement an effective, ethical recovery approach.
