We start by checking high-probability hiding areas close to the escape point using ground-based thermal equipment.
When conditions allow, the thermal drone is used to scan larger areas from above and identify heat signatures that cannot be seen from the ground.
Once the likely area is identified, we guide the owner through a controlled recovery plan using calm approach tactics or humane trapping.

We speak with you first to understand the situation, location, pet behavior, timing, and whether deployment is the right next step.
Once secured, your deployment time is held specifically for your case and is no longer available to other clients.
After booking is complete, your case enters the active deployment queue so we can begin preparing for the search.
Important: Cancellation fees may apply once a booking has been confirmed. This protects dedicated deployment time, travel preparation, consultation work, and operational scheduling.
