By completing this checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Non-Refundable Deposit – All deposits, emergency fees, and mileage charges are non-refundable once payment is processed, regardless of cancellation, scheduling conflicts, or ineligibility at the time of dispatch.
- Dispatch Requirements – Payment must be received before drone deployment. Flights will not begin until eligibility, airspace clearance, and landowner authorization have been confirmed by phone or text at 913-707-3156.
- Property Authorization – The hunter or person requesting recovery must have legal access or written permission from the landowner to hunt and recover on the property.
- Safety & FAA Compliance – All flights are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and may be delayed or rescheduled due to airspace restrictions, weather, or unsafe conditions.
- Thermal & Recovery Limitations – KC Aerial Vision makes every effort to ensure a successful recovery. However, no guarantee of recovery is implied or expressed. Thermal visibility varies with environmental and biological conditions.
- Ethical Hunting Policy – By scheduling this service, the hunter agrees not to pursue, track, or enter the recovery area until the following hunting day, ensuring accurate thermal imaging and ethical recovery standards.
- Media Usage & Privacy – Any aerial media captured during recovery remains the property of KC Aerial Vision, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Select images or footage may be used for educational or promotional purposes.
- Tips & Appreciation – Optional tips are voluntary and non-taxable. They directly support ongoing maintenance, equipment, and future flight availability.
